Established in 1972, Sonka began as a lakeside retreat in the heart of Lapland — a place shaped by silence, forest, and northern light.

Today, guided by 20 generations of Lapland heritage, Sonka has been thoughtfully reimagined as a private Arctic resort. Set within 15 hectares of untouched landscape and 600 meters of pristine shoreline, the property offers handcrafted Mirror Houses and grand Lakefront Villas designed to frame the surrounding nature.
